"Bob is extremely responsive and thorough. He comes prepared to every showing, having often previewed the home before me and knowing what features of the house conform to my needs and what might not be suitable. He provides a business approach to analyzing price by knowing the market and providing appropriate comparables to consider. Bob never makes me feel rushed or that any of my questions or concerns are anything less than important. I would recommend Bob without qualification!"
"Bob consistently exceeded our expectations and delivered superior service in selling our home and finding us a new place to live. Bob is very knowledgeable about the market and is very professional and personable. We were very happy working with Bob and look forward to working with him again in the future. We would highly recommend Bob to any of our friends!!!"
"Bob was a pleasure to work with. We found him to be kind, trustworthy and easy to work with. He made the experience of finding a home very easy."
"We worked with Bob Marchesi for 6 months. It started out by looking for a home to rent and ended up with us finding our dream home and buying it. Bob patiently saw us through the process. His great attitude and flexibility made it possible for us to see a large number of properties, often at the last minute and at unusual times of the day or night. During those 6 months, we had several other accepted offers that involved complicated negotiations. When those deals fell through, Bob handled the communication with great skill and integrity. He was always ready to start all over and help us find the perfect home. It's very obvious that he enjoys being a real estate agent. We highly recommend Bob. He's the best!!"

If you are looking for local knowledge with an insider's perspective on Darien and Fairfield County, then you have come to the right place. Bob grew up in Darien and attended Holmes School, Middlesex Middle School, and Darien High School. Bob has three daughters who followed the same path, and his wife Maggie also spent part of her childhood living in Darien. Maggie is also a seasoned real estate broker - they can, and do partner up to work with all their clients. It's an incomparable duo and a great value because you get two agents for the price of one!
Bob and Maggie moved back to Darien in 1991, when their two oldest kids were toddlers and since then have never left. Besides being a wonderful place to raise a family, Darien is where they have achieved a sense of community and involvement that they wouldn't trade for anything. From the wonderful public schools, beautiful town beaches and parks to the various community and cultural organizations and athletic fields, Darien is the place they call home.
