Marc is a luxury real estate agent that has an unmatched passion for the business. His primary specialty is luxury homes focused on highly desired inner-loop areas such as West U/Southside Place, Bellaire, River Oaks, Tanglewood, Memorial Villages, The Heights and other areas nearby.He is an immigrant turned American Citizen from Germany, having lived in Europe until he was 12 years old. Work opportunities for his parents allowed Marc the opportunity to move to the United States, specifically Houston, Texas where he quickly adapted to a new culture and finished high school at Clear Lake High. Clear Lake is an area southeast of Houston near the Johnson Space Center.
After high school, Marc had ambitions of becoming an electrical engineer with a focus also on business. He attended Texas Tech University and successfully obtained a Degree in Electrical Engineering and also a Math and Business Minor. During this time is when Marc developed a passion for business and investing, particularly in real estate.
Once out of college, Marc joined multiple investor groups where he found his true calling. He quickly bought his first home as an investment property and never looked back. Being involved in his very own deals gave him empathy and understanding of what it feels like during the process of buying a home. This helped translate over to his clients when he decided to pursue his real estate license and help others with their dreams of homeownership.
Today Marc has helped many clients buy and sell their homes. Having obtained his Master Certified Negotiation Expert® designation, it puts him in the top 0.3% of all Realtors® when it comes to negotiating a deal. He was Rookie of the Year in his first year. Marc absolutely loves what he does. He enjoys going above and beyond his client’s expectations and does whatever he possibly can to help them either sell their current home for the most money and fastest time or find the home of their dreams at a great deal. He once had 10,000lbs of snow blown in a front yard to drive attendance at an open house. It was crazy but he had huge success. Marc loves standing out and doing things differently to create a buzz. It’s almost sad but he could talk about real estate all day, every day. If he’s not showing homes himself, you’ll find him touring other listings and open houses. It also allows him great flexibility with his family who have allowed him to always follow his dreams.
Marc is married to his beautiful wife Kaci and together they have 3 children. He also volunteers as a mentor in Spring Branch ISD to help middle school children have a consistent influence in their life to achieve and follow their dreams as well.
