Brie Stephens

Brie has always been a fan of all things associated with Lake Life living. She loves New Hampshire, the Lakes Region and all the opportunities that come with residing in such a thriving and constantly changing area. Brie was fortunate to grow up on different lakes in central New Hampshire fueling her passion for real estate at a very young age. Cruising in her Boston Whaler on the big lake at the age of 13, armed with a camera and real estate magazines, she set out to find homes to study and compare. Family ties to the area go back to the 1800's! 

Being on the water and participating in water sports is her favorite summer pastime. Sharing her passion for wake surfing, Brie is often known for inviting people on her boat to teach them watersports or simply enjoy cruising Lake Winnipesaukee. During the winter months snowshoeing, skiing and snowmobiling is always an adventure with her golden retriever, Braun. All year-round she loves to go hiking. With so many different trails in the area, every time is as exciting as the last even when she happens to encounter a bear every now and then! 

Living in Moultonborough, Brie is very involved within her community. She loves to interview local businesses and spotlight her husband’s company, Stephens Landscaping's various projects around the lakes and mountains. She is a member of the NH Home Builders Association and sits on the Executive Board as well as being a co-chair for their annual Parade of Homes event. Brie also serves as a publicly elected official serving on the Town of Moultonborough’s Planning Board. Brie is also a member of the development committee for The Lake Winnipesaukee Association and recently became a board member for the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce. Known for her Client Choice Charity Program, Brie donates a portion of every real estate commission to a charity of her clients choice. Living, loving, excelling and giving back to her community in the Lakes and Mountains of Central New Hampshire is what Brie is all about!
