As a Charlotte native, Carl has a unique understanding of the Queen City and its surrounding areas. Carl has seen first hand the change and growth of this beautiful city and his knowledge and love for Charlotte is what drives his success.

Carl was taught the importance of honesty and respect as a young child. While playing football at the University of Rhode Island, it was a team acronym, TBA, that Carl brings to his real estate career. Trust. Belief. Accountability. Carl chooses to provide excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust. In turn they believe in his abilities to find them the perfect home, and referrals and repeat business holds him accountable to do his best. All of this collectively has helped Carl connect with clients and provide them with an unforgettable and unmatched experience.

Carl has been happily married to his wife Rebecca since 2017. When he is not assisting his real estate clients, Carl enjoys volunteering as a high school football and baseball coach, exploring all Charlotte has to offer, playing golf and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
