About Cassandra Reed Frank Team

The Cassandra Reed Frank Team has successfully transacted and re-invented itself through the changing markets since 2015. This is the year it's founder, Cassandra, first opened her own Boutique Real Estate office in the East Village. Cassandra, at this time equipped with 9 years of experience in the field, felt it was time to make her own voice heard: "First and foremost I started to feel puzzled by people`s always present fears and reasons not to engage in the market because of this or that adverse condition or because of a looming bubble burst. From where I stand , when the rest of the country's RE market goes down the drain , New York just barely has a hiccup and bounces right back. I felt opening my own company meant putting my money where my mouth was."

While bohemian and passionately independent minded, in 2021 the team felt the need to find a home with a larger outfit that could provide better technology. In search of that the team first joined Highline Residential and then in June of 2024 Compass."

The tools that Robert Reffkin constantly upgrades for us are game changing and inspiring. This use of tech in order for us to have more time for the human aspects that truly drive this business is what makes us feel we are finally home!
