Clayton Orrigo founded The Hudson Advisory Team, a tech-based real estate firm, in 2017. Alongside his business partner, Stephen Ferrara, Clayton leads one of the highest-grossing agent teams in the country, providing strategic real estate advice and marketing solutions based on a data-driven and high-touch service approach. The Hudson Advisory Team has executed some of the largest transactions in New York City history for a diverse set of accomplished clients.
Hudson Advisory is ranked the #1 Mega Team in New York City by the Wall Street Journal, conducting well over $4 Billion of real estate sales throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons, since 2017. In 2021 and 2022, Hudson Advisory completed over $2.5 Billion in real estate transaction volume.
Prior to real estate, Clayton ran Business Development at Identified, a Silicon Valley venture-backed startup that was acquired by Workday (WDAY). He graduated with honors from Villanova University, with a dual concentration in finance and entrepreneurship. Clayton’s primary residence is in the West Village, and he is a proud Board Member of The River Fund.
