Welcome—I’m Cristine, and I specialize in helping clients navigate Raleigh’s real estate market with clarity, confidence, and a highly personalized approach.
My business is built on relationships, not transactions. Over the past decade I’ve developed a reputation for delivering a thoughtful, well-advised experience—one where clients feel informed, protected, and completely taken care of from start to finish. I lead a carefully curated team of agents, allowing us to provide a level of service that is both responsive and highly detail-oriented, no matter the price point.
Raleigh isn’t just where I work—it’s a market I know deeply. From established luxury communities to emerging pockets of opportunity, I guide clients beyond the obvious, helping them make decisions that align not only with today’s goals, but with long-term value. Whether preparing a home for market or advising on a purchase, my approach is strategic, data-informed, and tailored to each client’s priorities.
What clients value most is my ability to simplify complex decisions. Real estate—especially at higher price points—comes with nuance. I bring a steady hand, honest guidance, and a clear plan so my clients can move forward with confidence.
Outside of real estate, I play lots of tennis, I love to cook and EAT, often exploring Raleigh’s evolving dining scene, and I have caught the mahjong bug! I also volunteer in leadership with two organizations that I care about deeply, the Growler Beach Volleyball tournament that benefits St. Baldrick's Foundation that funds childhood cancer research, and Abilities Tennis that provides tennis opportunities to differently abled children and adults. My activities have allowed me to experience the many diverse communities that make each area of Raleigh distinct and desirable. That perspective allows me to match clients not just with houses, but with the lifestyle experiences that allow them to make a home.
At the end of the day, this is about more than buying or selling—it’s about positioning you well for what’s next. I’d be honored to guide you through it.
