Suzanne Johansson-Cawley began her career in luxury residential real estate in June 1994, co-owning her own brokerage and management company in Columbus Circle. Having maintained many relationships with international investors over the years, she continues representing owners and investment groups across Manhattan by selling, managing, and leasing residences in Park Millennium, Millennium Tower, UN Plaza, and beyond. 

Noel Grey, a third-generation New Yorker, brings creativity, discretion, and deep local insight to every client relationship. After a 30-year career in the music industry —holding senior roles at Universal, Warner, and Beats by Dre, and founding Grey Matter Music — he built multimillion-dollar partnerships between global brands and top-tier artists. These experiences shaped his instinct for relationships and negotiation in real estate. Raised on the Upper East Side, with over a decade in the West Village and now 16 years in Brooklyn raising his two daughters, Noel knows the city’s neighborhoods, energy, and rhythm intimately. A lifelong music lover and Bennington College alum, he still feels most at home and inspired at one of NYC’s legendary music venues, taking in a live show.

Nadav Gershon, a Long Island native, joins the team as Director of Operations. Nadav grew up in a close Middle Eastern household, which fostered his strong sense of community and belonging. Surrounded by real estate from a young age, he built hands-on experience managing properties, overseeing renovations, and working with residents and owners. This background gives him practical insight and a client-first approach. Now based on the Upper East Side, Nadav enjoys cooking, sports, and exploring New York’s restaurants. A Yankees superfan and coffee enthusiast, he brings energy, care, and creativity to everything he does.
