Working tirelessly for the buyers and sellers she represents, top-producing REALTOR® Katherine Donahue brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction: fine-tuned communication and negotiation skills, a penchant for creative marketing, intelligent guidance on pricing and market conditions, contacts with top industry professionals and, above all, a world-class, white glove approach. Katherine is a team principal of Donahue + Greene at Compass with her business partner, Lance Greene. With over 25 years of combined experience, the duo leverages modern technology and lifelong knowledge of Boston, Cambridge and the MetroWest suburbs to help their clients achieve the best outcomes in their real estate transactions. They pride themselves on delivering concierge-style service and an overall first-rate experience.
Katherine attributes much of her success to her depth of lived experience in the Boston and MetroWest markets. As a fourth-generation Weston native and longtime resident of Boston’s Back Bay and South End, she possesses an innate grasp of the nuanced neighborhoods she serves. As a trusted neighbor and active community member, Katherine is ultimately able to better serve her clients.
Smart, savvy and unquestionably disciplined, Katherine graduated first in her class at Boston College before earning her master’s degree from Columbia University. This work ethic continues to take her far: she prioritizes staying in front of market trends and is dedicated to her career development. She has elevated her negotiation skills, pricing strategy, and knowledge of the luxury market as a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Luxury Homes Specialist (LHC), is certified in residential construction as a New Homes Specialist (RCC, CNHS), and has earned the National Association of Realtor's Accredited Buyer's Representative designation (ABR®). Most recently, Katherine has invested in over 90 hours of advanced training to earn her Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation to better guide buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey.
Katherine is active in several industry associations and lends her time and talents to multiple Boston-based nonprofit organizations.
