Prior to joining Compass RE, she practiced real estate and corporate law/litigation. Elyse's prior experience also includes New York City real estate sales and management of the finances for a technology hardware company. Complementing her valuable business and negotiation skills is her keen understanding of spatial and interior design, honed at The Parsons School of Design.

Raised in neighboring Livingston, Elyse and her husband Jordan have raised their three children in the township of Millburn for the past 25 years.
