Born and raised in Rhode Island, Eric has a great affinity for the state and island he calls home. After ten successful years in medical sales and marketing with Johnson and Johnson, Eric began his real estate career in 2006.

Eric is the top-ranked individual agent in Newport County in 2022, 2023, and 2024*, and has been the top-producing Lila Delman Compass agent in the Newport office since joining the firm, with a total career sales volume of $377M. Eric is an avid surfer, enjoys coaching basketball, and loves spending time with his wife and three children. As a lifelong Aquidneck Island resident, Eric founded Treasure Aquidneck Island in 2018, a project which encourages residents and visitors to search for brass medallions hidden throughout Aquidneck Island’s many beautiful trails, walking paths, and beaches. He also sits on the Middletown zoning board.
