"I have never written a review, but decided this is one time I'll try it.. Reason being: I felt the sale of my house wasn't going to be an easy one due to age, septic & yard issues, but Melissa approached it with a high level of positivity, knew the market very well, set a price I didn't feel she'd get & gave me great advice on what tips & tricks would help move it & she proved to be spot on. She secured a buyer a few days after listing it for the full price & remained proactive, assisting in many little ways. Her response to every little question and/or concern was almost immediate which helped keep the momentum going till the closing.
