★★★★★
"I found Grant through a colleague. Grant was professional and toured too many homes to count with me till I found the one that was right for me. He was always very responsive and patient with me despite how picky I was being with my target homes. He made me feel comfortable with the offer process and kept my hopes up despite missing out on a couple of homes. He also provided excellent recommendations for the home inspection, survey, and closing attorney. Would highly recommend using Grant as your realtor!" - Bill Bickel

★★★★★
"Grant was the best, most attentive agent. I was a first-time home buyer and he was great at explaining the process, helping me look at available options, narrow in on my must-have list and neighborhood and referred me to a mortgage broker for my pre-approval and mortgage application. He facilitated the whole process seamlessly from viewing to negotiating offer to the closing and I couldn't recommend him more." - Mellissa Stefaniak

★★★★★
"Grant was great from start to finish. I was a second time home buyer new to the area. Grant’s knowledge of the area and the process certainly helped to ease any concerns of finding the right place in this hot market. He effectively helped to figure out what I was looking for and showed inventory to suit. He continued to shine throughout the offer and negotiation process. Grant was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend." - Dustin and Whitney Lyles

About Grant

Together, he will work with you to understanding what is important to you in a home and helping you transition to the beautiful city of Charlotte. First Time Home-Buyers:
Having been a first time home buyer with my wife just a few years ago and helping many friends do the same, Grant understands the fears, concerns, and questions first time home buyers have. He has a lot of experience and patience to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. He want to make sure that you not only end up in the home you want to be in, but understand a lot more about the real estate market, homeownership, and the buying/selling process. All questions are good questions.

Investment:
After graduating Clemson University and beginning work as a Civil Engineer, Grant got exposed to Real Estate through podcasts and books from the investment side. Shortly after listening to as many Bigger Pockets podcasts as he could, Grant bought his first property, a 2/1.5 townhome in west Greenville, SC. He renovated it himself and then turned it into a Section 8 rental. This experience was the catalyst for him to see that Real Estate was the industry he wanted to be full time. Whether you are trying to find a property with a particular Cap Rate or ROI, Grant can help you analyze properties, build your portfolio, diversify your investments, complete a 1031 exchange, and more.

Personal:
Outside of real estate, Grant is a husband to his college sweetheart, an avid distance runner, tennis (and now pickleball) player, and car enthusiast. Grant graduated form Clemson University with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering in 2016. He played and traveled on the Club tennis team all 4 years and now plays in 5.0 USTA leagues here in Charlotte. Having picked up distance running in college, he now competes in marathons regularly and there are few greenways in Charlotte he hasn't run (Little Sugar Creek Greenway is his favorite). He initially moved to Charlotte and lived in a townhome in Southend. He now owns a 1960’s midcentury modern home in Southpark and loves a good weekend project with his wife.
