About Grigor
Originally from Europe, Grigor Licul has called New York City home since the nineties, living Downtown, Midtown, and now on the Upper West Side, where he owns and resides in a landmarked Upper West Side townhouse with his family. Decades of life in the city have given him a deep, lived understanding of New York real estate; its micro-markets, rhythms, and enduring value drivers.
A consummate NYC luxury real estate advisor, Grigor is known for his strategic approach to marketing homes, his instinct for matching buyers with the right properties, and his calm, effective negotiation style. He thrives in complex transactions and consistently exceeds client expectations across Manhattan’s most competitive segments. Grigor also maintains a global real estate network, connecting clients with trusted partners worldwide and offering seamless support for cross-border transactions. This international perspective adds a unique edge to his market insights and client strategy.
Grigor serves on the Board of Directors of Care for the Homeless, one of New York City’s largest and longest-standing organizations dedicated to ending homelessness. His commitment to community, craft, and connection extends into his personal life as well; he is an avid skier, guitar and ukulele player, and wine enthusiast.
As a founding partner of the Belvedere Advisors Team, consistently ranked among the top 1% of real estate teams in the United States by The Wall Street Journal, Grigor delivers bespoke guidance built on trust, insight, and meaningful results.
