About Haley
Growing up with both of my parents in Real Estate, I had a firsthand look at the dedication,
integrity, and care it takes to serve clients well. Real Estate has always been part of my heritage,
inspiring me to build a career of my own while carrying those values forward.
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science, I found a natural fit in real estate, combining my background in agriculture and animals with my knowledge of homes and land. I also grew up helping my parents build and renovate homes and barns, giving me hands-on exposure to the work, planning, and details that go into a property beyond what you see on the surface. Years spent competing on the equestrian show circuit, working for an Olympic-level trainer, and maintaining a horse property have further shaped my understanding of farm, ranch, and equestrian properties. I understand the practical details that make these properties work—from land and pastures to facilities, layout, and everyday upkeep.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the McKean Brooks Carper Miller Group, working alongside my parents and professionals I have grown up around or come to consider family. Whether helping someone find their first home, their next home, or the right property for their land and animals, I’m committed to providing honest guidance, thoughtful communication, and genuine care.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my horse, Mr. Melvin, and my long-haired Dalmatian, Leroy, as well as cooking and baking for family and friends. For me, home is about more than a house—it’s finding a place that truly fits the life you want to live.
