Jason Browne

Jason is a part of the Andy Bovender Team, a founding team in Charlotte, NC. Growing up just outside of Charlotte in the small town of Cherryville, North Carolina, Jason’s love for the Carolinas was cemented at an early age. Between all the family vacations at both the coast and mountains or traveling to sporting events across the state, to say Jason knows his way around the Carolinas is an understatement. Growing up in the family commercial construction business Jason’s father has been training his eye for quality construction from an early age—a trait in which his clients reap the benefits! After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) Jason decided to stay in the Queen City and currently resides in Lake Wylie, SC.

Jason believes trust is the most important foundation of business and life. “Home is a very personal place, and my clients know they can trust me to help them in their home journey with the utmost care and respect.” This region has so much to offer; his fond memories of the past only drive Jason toward shaping the future with the Andy Bovender Team at Compass!

His passions outside of real estate include fundraising efforts for a local charity he recently co-founded, Strokes Fore Hope, with fellow team member Ben Lastra.  You may also find Jason around town at a restaurant, volunteering, or on a local hiking trail with his dog Charlotte!
