Raised in Palm Beach County, Jessica brings a lifetime of local perspective to her work and a genuine passion for the South Florida lifestyle. With a degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, Jessica brings an analytical perspective to pricing, negotiation, and investment decisions. Her experience spans some of the area's most sought-after waterfront and private club communities, including Admirals Cove and Frenchman's Harbor, as well as the luxury coastal market throughout Jupiter and Tequesta.

Today, The Jessica Gulick Group brings two generations of South Florida perspective together, with Jessica working alongside her father, Scott Laird. Both Florida natives with deep roots in Palm Beach County, they share a firsthand understanding of the lifestyle they represent. Scott is an avid golfer and boater, adding another layer of expertise in the private club and waterfront markets that are central to the team's business.
