    With expertise in luxury real estate marketing, branding, interior styling, and staging, Jessica is the creative force behind the award-winning Angela Retelny Team at Compass. She develops and executes all property marketing initiatives ranging from sophisticated digital campaigns to property staging and everything in between. Jessica is also a licensed real estate salesperson specializing in Scarsdale, Harrison, Larchmont, and the suburbs of Westchester County. As a buyer's agent, Jessica goes above and beyond to ensure her buyers secure their dream properties. Resourceful and diligent, Jessica often creates opportunities for her buyers and works tirelessly to identify and source listed and non-listed properties for her sophisticated clientele. Buyers and sellers alike value Jessica's honest advice and unique insight.   

    Prior to joining The Angela Retelny Team at Compass, where she specializes in the Scarsdale, Harrison, Larchmont, and Edgemont real estate markets, Jessica was the Marketing Director of the successful Scarsdale-founded and boutique real estate brokerage, Platinum Drive Realty. She conceptualized and implemented innovative property marketing, corporate branding, digital and social strategies for Platinum Drive’s extensive listing portfolio across all five offices throughout Westchester, Long Island, and Greenwich, CT.

    Jessica also oversaw and managed all marketing initiatives including print, digital, social media, and special events in New York City. Her strategies helped elevate and position Platinum Drive as the number two brokerage in Scarsdale at that time. The firm was acquired by Compass in February 2018.

    Before transitioning into real estate, Jessica worked in Global Merchandising and Licensed Consumer Products at Marvel Comics (Disney Consumer Products) for nearly five years. She oversaw a $1 billion consumer products business, developed eye-catching designs to parallel Marvel's content release and brand strategy, and managed relationships with high-profile partners including Kellogg’s, Chobani, and Unilever.

    Jessica graduated from Cornell University where she majored in Communication. She grew up in Scarsdale, New York, and graduated from Quaker Ridge Elementary School, Scarsdale Middle School, and Scarsdale High School, where she excelled as a nationally ranked sprinter. She was recruited by Cornell University and continued her successful athletic career as a sprinter and long jumper on the Division-1 Women’s Track & Field Team at Cornell. She was a two-time IVY League Champion, ECAC, and NCAA Regional qualifier.

    She currently resides in New York City with her husband, Jason, and young daughter, Chelsea. She looks forward to moving back to Westchester to raise her family in the near future!
