Julia's energetic, compassionate character stems from a combination of her acting career and community involvement. Originally from Missouri, Julia moved to New York City when she landed a long running role on ABC's One Life to Live, then to Beverly Hills where she starred in many tv shows and films including the iconic role of "Betty" the cheerleader in the pop culture classic Revenge of the Nerds.
She's had the great pleasure of working with many talented directors and actors over the years and this collaborative perspective extends to her work in real estate. Julia maintains an active role in her community where she volunteers for her children's school music programs and Boys Team Charity throughout the year. This dedicated involvement gives Julia special insight over neighboring school districts and community ongoings from Calabasas to Camarillo and from Beverly Hills to the beautiful beaches of Malibu.
