We gave her a day’s notice to pull this off and she did. Each seller gave us a window of an hour to see their house. We were dead on track the entire time without feeling rushed or bored. The houses she had selected for us were a wide variety of places in order to give us a perspective of the market. Her choices were outstanding.

"Katie recently helped us purchase our first home and her partnership helped make it a great experience. As a first time home buyer, there were so many complexities that we could not have imagined, but she helped us see around every corner and made sure that we were well informed and prepared. Here are a few reasons why Katie is truly exceptional:

1. Does whatever it takes to get things done the right way.
When we were looking at the particular house we purchased, the seller was extremely difficult to reach but it was the only house we were interested in the area. When it seemed like we would just give up, Katie actually personally contacted the sellers to let them know we were interested in and got the process started. I don’t think many other agents would have gone to that extent.

2. Extremely knowledgeable.
Katie knows all the ins and outs of the purchasing process. Finding and putting in an offer was the easy part. All the additional paperwork, inspections, and post-offer negotiations seemed so complex, but Katie made it super easy.

3. Has an extensive network of high-quality partners.
When it comes to inspections or repairs, Katie had a number of partners (electricians, painters, etc) who could mobilize quickly to provide fair quotes and very high-quality work. Katie has a very high bar for quality which made us feel at ease that we weren’t going to receive sloppy work

4. Very practical and focused on value.
Katie also knew exactly that we cared a lot about paying a reasonable price and getting the most value. She helped us navigate negotiating a price that we felt comfortable with while also keeping an eye out for resale. She would not lead us astray into buying anything that she didn’t think she could sell at a reasonable price later on.

"I don’t even know where to start with Katie… She is absolutely amazing at what she does. We spent a year looking for a house with our previous agent. After a short meeting with Katie explaining what we liked, she scheduled 5 visits for us on that next Saturday. In that day, we saw 5 houses that were legitimate candidates, and she showed us more actual possibilities in one DAY than our previous agent showed us in a YEAR. Me and my wife couldn’t even agree on what type of house we wanted before looking, but she amazingly found the perfect house for us within a month.

Regarding the process, she made it incredibly smooth. She looked out for us in the closing process. She suggested an awesome inspector who did an amazing job and found things we never would have found. It was a laundry list of items (most not that big of a deal), but she got the sellers to correct ALL of them.

On top of all that, she’s an absolute joy to be around. Incredibly nice, understanding, and totally gets people. And even though we didn’t know her whatsoever before working with her (we found her on yelp), my wife and I both honestly now call her our friend.
