Kelsey Varga

Kelsey Varga is a luxury real estate broker serving Asheville, Hendersonville, Highlands, and communities throughout Western North Carolina. She is the Principal Broker and founder of Varga Mountain Collective at Compass and was the Founding Compass Agent in Asheville. Licensed in 2016 and working in luxury hospitality and real estate since 2012, Kelsey specializes in luxury home sales, relocation, second homes, investment properties, golf and country club communities, luxury new construction, and representation for builders and developers.

Through the end of 2025, Kelsey personally closed more than $140 million in career sales, while Varga Mountain Collective achieved more than $174 million in total team sales. She closed over $27 million in 2025 and more than $80 million from 2022 through 2025, with a focus on properties generally ranging from $1 million to $5 million.

In October 2025, Kelsey represented the buyer of 511 Asgi Trail in Maggie Valley, which closed for $4,999,000 and became the highest-priced single-family home sale in the history of both Haywood County and Maggie Valley at the time of closing.
