Originally from Ecuador, with over 13 years of experience as a bilingual agent, coupled with my background as a housing counselor, I have had the privilege of helping numerous clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling real estate. My expertise extends beyond transactions, as I’ve dedicated much of my career to teaching clients how to build wealth through real estate investments. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the financial strategies involved, and I am passionate about empowering individuals to make informed decisions that positively impact their financial futures.

In addition to working directly with clients, I’ve also focused on investing in and learning about the local real estate market, particularly in the Triangle area. Having moved from Ecuador, I understand firsthand the challenges and excitement that come with relocating to a new area I have a solid grasp of the needs and concerns of those relocating to this area. Whether clients are moving locally or from out of state, I take pride in offering guidance that ensures a smooth transition. I also understand the nuances of the market and am always eager to share this knowledge with my clients, helping them make sound choices based on up-to-date information and market trends.

As a team lead and coach, I have had the opportunity to mentor other real estate professionals, guiding them through both personal development and the technical aspects of the business. This role has given me the ability to communicate effectively and foster collaboration, whether working with clients or fellow agents. I believe that owning real estate is a significant milestone in anyone's life, and I approach every transaction with a passion for helping all parties involved understand the value and responsibility that comes with homeownership. It’s a responsibility I take seriously, and I’m committed to providing the support and education needed to navigate such an important life event.
