Lee Pfund

Lee Pfund serves as the Managing Broker for the Compass Hillsboro Village office on 21st Avenue in Nashville, TN - one of the largest office in the Compass TN footprint with over $1B annual sales volume. 

With a genuine passion for real estate, Lee brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role. He began his career in Real Estate in 2006, and has served as Managing Broker for Compass RE (formerly Parks/Village Real Estate) since 2018. In 2024, Parks merged with Compass creating the largest brokerage by sales volume in Tennessee. 

Lee holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and is a graduate of the Greater Nashville REALTORS® 2017 Leadership Academy. He is actively involved in the real estate community through his involvement with Greater Nashville REALTORS®. 

Lee has served on the TN REALTORS® Board of Directors, Greater Nashville REALTORS® Board of Directors, Greater Nashville REALTORS® Housing Opportunities & Affordability Committee, Awards Task Force, Past Chair for the TN REALTORS® Forms/Contract Committee, Past Chair for the Greater Nashville REALTOR® Political Action Committee, Greater Nashville REALTORS® Legislative Committee and the TN REALTORS® Diversity & Inclusion Committee. 

Lee has earned multiple accolades for his outstanding contributions and sales, including Silver, 2x Gold, Platinum, and 4x Lifetime Sapphire Status of the Greater Nashville REALTORS® Awards of Excellence. He was awarded the Greater Nashville REALTORS® President's Award in 2021.
