Lisa Ciaravella

Lisa’s life in the real estate world started young. Growing up each day she watched her mother show homes and build up a family-owned rental property business. At age nine she remembers saying “one day I am going to sell homes like my mom.” Now, with over a decade of real estate experience, she takes immense pride in helping her clients build financial freedom through homeownership.

A Florida native, Lisa fell in love with the beauty of North Carolina while attending undergrad at Elon University. After buying her first home in NODA some years later, Lake Norman began to call her name and she dove headfirst into her first commercial purchase. Today, Lisa still resides in Lake Norman with her wife and two daughters. She loves being a part of the Lake Norman Community and investing her time in the betterment of the Charlotte Metro area.

As a member of Kindred Realty, she always hearkens back to the definition of Kindred: “one's family and relations.” It is with a Kindred Spirit that she runs her people-first real estate business.
