"Elizabeth was recommended to us by a close friend. The experience with Elizabeth was outstanding. First off, she has a very easy personality to work with, is very patient and devoted to her career in real estate. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen but Elizabeth is a diamond in the rough. The respect she has from her colleagues is testament to the fact that she was able to find a house for us to purchase without the house ever going on the market. She will 100% go to bat for her clients, rather than trying to win a popularity contest with others. She is intelligent and carries herself with poise and grace. Her detailed oriented nature makes her clients feel at ease. She is 100% always available. She does not try and pressure her clients and will always offer her honest opinion. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for houses in the DC, NOVA area as you will not be disappointed. There are few professionals like Elizabeth who have strong ethics, have passion for their career and clients, and truly have good hearts."
"Elizabeth is the best of the best. As a first time homebuyer, I had a million and one questions and Elizabeth was extremely patient. Not only is she an excellent realtor, she is a genuinely kind and caring person. She truly makes you feel like you are her only client and goes out of her way to show you listings. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy a home in the area."
"We were so grateful to have Elizabeth as a resource during the buying process. She was very patient with us as picky buyers and always available when we had a question or wanted to see a new property. She was always very fair and honest in her assessment of a property which is something we valued and after a lot of searching with her, we ultimately bought a beautiful home at a price we were comfortable with.
Elizabeth's "can do" attitude and positive outlook matched with her professionalism made her the perfect realtor for our family. She'd even keep our baby entertained while we walked through a home or two with her - now that's service." - Caitlin
"Elizabeth was fantastic to work with throughout my home buying process! As a first time home buyer, she was an incredible advocate and made the whole process as simple as possible. She’s super responsive, is very knowledgeable of the DC market and was really a joy to work with. She went above and beyond to help me find my perfect home and I cannot recommend her enough."
"5 stars are not enough for Elizabeth. It is a tough market out there where the moment you click a listing and agent, your phone can ring 20-30 times in 1 hour. How do you pick among the options on who to work with? In my 3 home purchases, and 1 home sale- Liz was the best realtor we had the luxury of working with. I will never again entertain the call of another realtor, and will forever recommend her. She was tenacious, responsive, extremely educated, and made you feel close and comfortable with how she treated you and had the perfect blend of respect and sales. She has the most patience I have ever seen in a realtor and was not pushy with us, in fact was honest when to walk away, which led us to the perfect house we never thought existed. The only place she pushed, was negotiating price and to get us the best deal we could get in an already aggressive market. Amazon is coming, Liz is your person, don't think twice about using her."
