Marjorie’s love for architecture was practically built into her DNA. Raised in Miami, Florida by two architects, she grew up surrounded by blueprints, site visits, and conversations about design that shaped the way she sees the world. That early exposure sparked a lasting fascination with how great design can transform not just buildings, but entire communities. Her curiosity led her to Paris for her undergraduate studies at The American University of Paris, where she lived and learned in one of the most architecturally rich cities in the world. It was there that her appreciation for urban development and timeless design deepened, laying the foundation for the career she’s built today.
Marjorie brings a unique and powerful blend of education and hands-on experience to the New Orleans real estate market. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Real Estate Development & Urbanism, and Construction Management from the University of Miami.
