About Michala

Michala Costello's love for real estate began early, tagging along with her mom to open houses and imagining the life each home could hold. Originally from the rural Midwest, she moved to Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia in the early 2000s. Michala then relocated to Haddonfield, New Jersey, where she now lives with her husband, two kids, and very active dog.

Licensed since 2007, Michala has built her real estate career on a foundation of strategy, trust, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration, she brings a rare combination of people-first intuition and sharp business acumen to every transaction.

As one of the first agents to join Compass's Center City office when it opened in 2018, she went on to start Curated Living at Compass in 2023 - a team built around the belief that every move deserves expert, personalized guidance. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Michala offers clients a uniquely cross-market perspective, helping buyers and sellers navigate opportunities on both sides of the Delaware River with clarity and confidence.
