A full-time REALTOR® serving Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, Michelle works with buyers and sellers across a wide range of properties and price points — from relocation and residential purchases to luxury homes, acreage, and custom construction. Her business has grown largely through referrals from clients and real estate professionals who trust her to take exceptional care of the people they send her way.

Before entering real estate, Michelle spent more than 20 years in hospitality management, and that experience still shapes the way she approaches her business today. She believes great service starts with listening, anticipating needs, communicating well, and taking care of the details — especially when things don’t go exactly according to plan.

Known for being hands-on and straightforward, Michelle takes the time to understand what her clients truly want and gives them honest guidance throughout the process. She works closely with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, builders, and other professionals to solve problems and keep transactions moving forward. Whether she’s helping a family relocate from across the country, preparing a property for market, navigating inspections and negotiations, or working through the many details of a custom build, she stays closely involved from beginning to end.
