Michelle Ross Miller

Michelle Miller, of Compass, is a 31 veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the East Bay in hundreds of real estate transactions. Michelle has a large foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, transactional skills, honesty, and an unfailing commitment to always put her client’s needs first.  Everyone benefits when the professional they work with has lots of experience and a genuine love for what they do.
 
Originally from Virginia, Michelle moved to California in 1982, continuing her work in the restaurant business. Prior to entering real estate, Michelle spent a decade in the hospitality industry, that experience, coupled with being the youngest of 5 kids and the parent of 2 children, provided Michelle with a solid set of skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, client education and customer service, while successfully helping her buyers and sellers navigate their way through the complexities of the ever changing real estate industry. Michelle's clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. After living in Alameda for many years, Michelle currently resides in San Leandro.

When Michelle isn't working, she can be found gardening, hosting Sunday night dinners for her family, camping and mountain bike riding. Michelle serves on her neighborhood association board (EENA), supports local schools and several great nonprofit organizations. Additionally, a portion of every closed transaction goes toward the Compass Community Fund.
