“We knew we needed more room but there wasn’t a lot on the market and the neighborhoods that would work for us were limited. We took the leap and listed our house with Michelle, during a pandemic no less. What were we thinking? Well, Michelle had us on the market within 4 days and sold our house within the next 3 days!! I panicked a little (ok a lot!) because we really had no plan and the one house I thought was my dream house turned out not to be. What now??
