"The search was quite honestly so seamless and helpful. We cannot tell you enough about how helpful Nick was. He truly went above and beyond to find us the perfect place. We absolutely love our apartment and could not have done it without him. He carried us through a 20+ apartment search on our first Saturday together with an upbeat and fun personality. We meshed well and actually really enjoyed what otherwise would have been an extremely stressful and long day. Having selected the perfect apartments to look at on Saturday, we left the day with three solid options.
After contemplation, we felt we wanted to look the next day as well. To check some places that popped up in our saturday night check. Nick's flexibility in scheduling and showing up for us that afternoon was appreciated. Then he came through with one apartment find that was exactly what we were looking for. In our price range, with a garden...It didn't hit us right away, but leaving for the day he helped us get an application in on that spot. Once that was in, we fell in love with the place.

At the beginning of 2019, Nicholas decided to make his passion for real estate his profession and joined Loftey, LLC as a full time agent. Within a few months, Nicholas had become the top grossing agent in the company - setting records for both deal volume and gross commissions in a single month.
Nicholas joined Compass with the Loftey team during the Summer of 2020. He brings with him deep knowledge of the sales and rental markets in Manhattan. He prides himself on his ability to negotiate the best possible deals for clients, while streamlining the often stressful rental and sales processes and delivering outstanding results.
Nicholas lives in the Lower East Side, is an avid fan of the New York Yankees, and in his spare time is working to compile what he feels to be the definitive rankings of NYC pasta.
