Having worked in commercial and multi-family real estate for the past 15 years, Chris has been involved in the analysis and execution of over $1.0B in real estate transactions. Over his career, Chris has developed a unique ability to source, identity, renovate and reposition properties across multiple asset classes. Chris uses his background and valuation expertise to identify and analyze properties on behalf of his clients. Chris has been involved in all aspects of real estate from underwriting, debt and equity sourcing, gut renovation, and property management to provide his clients with an end to end solution and knowledge base.
Chris has personal experience as a real estate investor and property owner, having purchased and renovated a portfolio of apartment buildings in Brooklyn. Chris has also gut renovated several single family homes, including a historically significant 200 year old stone farmhouse in Pennsylvania and a beachfront property near Watch Hill, Rhode Island
Originally from Weston, Massachusetts, Chris lives in Brooklyn Heights with his wife and two children. Chris is the current president of his condominium board and on the Board of Governors of the Brooklyn Heights Association. When not hard at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and tennis, and volunteering his time with philanthropic organizations such as Make a Wish Foundation and AmericaShare.
