A native New Yorker, Gwendolyn was raised in both Sutton Place and Carnegie Hill where she attended the Spence School. As a lifelong resident of the city, she can offer valuable insider advice on neighborhoods, buildings and attractions. Gwendolyn is a graduate of Columbia University. Her studies in architecture give her a keen eye and deep appreciation for NYC real estate. Prior to becoming an agent, Gwendolyn spent a decade in publishing and was a chef who got her start at Gramercy Tavern. Personally, she has been an avid yacht racer for over 20 years.
