Originally from southern California, Jeff came to New York for graduate school. He matriculated at Columbia University in the MFA Arts Administration Program and went on to work for such iconic NYC arts institutions as New York City Opera and Martha Graham Dance Company. From the not-for-profit sector, Jeff entered the world of banking and finance where he worked as a project manager for J. & W. Seligman, Ameriprise Financial and Citibank. At Citibank, he worked for three Managing Directors and oversaw the production of 25 project managers with a total combined budget of $140MM. Extremely detail oriented and organized, Jeff never leaves anything to chance. His expert eye and comfort level in finance helps navigate clients through their real estate transactions with ease.
Passionate about NYC's cultural diversity, Jeff is actively involved in the performing and visual arts, frequently attends the opera, and regularly visits the city's many museums and galleries. He has a dedicated Buddhist and Iyengar yoga practice that keeps him focused, centered and always mindful. With his broad range of interests, Jeff is constantly challenging himself and learning new things. He is an avid reader with subscriptions to over 20 magazines. Plus he believes that design is an integral part of life, so pursued a degree in Architectural and Interior Design from Parsons the New School for Design. His design education and professional training make him a valuable resource for clients when it comes to helping them visualize space and stage sales listings.
Jeff and his partner of 26 years own a home on the Big Island of Hawaii where they enjoy stand up paddle boarding, outrigger canoeing, surfing, scuba diving, swimming, and fun in the sun. Jeff prides himself on being available to his clients when then need him, no matter what day of the week or time of day … even when he's surfing in paradise.
