In 2009, Maria and Libby formed Ryan and Ryan, a partnership merging their individual skills and work experience. Libby has an MBA from Cornell University and worked on Wall Street before beginning in real estate in 1994. Maria is a licensed NYS attorney, was a prosecutor in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office and also practiced commercial litigation. Libby and Maria have both embraced real estate as their full-time profession and serve as their clients’ real estate advisors on a daily basis.
In 2014, Libby’s son Joseph joined their team. Joseph is a recent graduate of Brooklyn College, brings a youthful perspective to the practice, and has quickly taken up many team responsibilities.
