Paul is a successful listing agent in the North County area of San Diego, which includes, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Olivenhain, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Although Paul specializes in moderate to high-end home sales, he’s happy to assist the first time buyer as well.
Paul works efficiently to handle every step of the home buying and selling process; from staging and photography to expert negotiating and successful closings. He has many contacts in the home improvement field and can help his clients with recommendations when it comes to remodeling or getting ones house ready for sale.
Paul was born and raised in North San Diego County and attended schools in the local area. He is active in his church and serves on the board of the Nature Collective and as treasurer on his homeowners association board.
Paul is an avid sports enthusiast and bird watcher and loves to travel.
