Rachel joined the Casaday Allison Group in September 2016 and believes everyone needs a strong, proven advocate in this city, whether you are buying, selling, or still dreaming of your ideal home. Rachel brings to the table strong negotiation and advocacy skills from her years of practicing law, a hard work ethic from her time on political campaigns, and ingenuity honed in her previous career in online marketing for nonprofits. As a DC resident for more than 10 years, she has an excellent knowledge of the metro area and a knack for knowing the hidden gems in every neighborhood. As the daughter of a mother from Santiago, Chile and a father from Brooklyn, NY, Rachel is great at working with people from many different backgrounds.
When Rachel is not selling real estate, she likes to indulge her inner history nerd with books, drink Chilean wine with friends, and visit her family in the NYC area. She is the rare person who loves both cats and dogs equally, and has never met a beach she doesn’t like. Rachel is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A. with honors) and American University Washington College of Law (J.D. magna cum laude). She currently lives in Mount Pleasant, DC with her boyfriend, a scientist at NIH.
