About Rob

Philadelphia native son and local real estate professional Rob Lamb is known for expertly guiding clients through the buying and selling process with compassion, perseverance and superior market knowledge. As a third-generation realtor, he was inspired by watching his grandfather and uncles happily immersed in the profession. Today, as the founder of Rob Lamb & Associates, he delivers dynamic results and enjoyable experiences for buyers and sellers throughout the greater Philadelphia area, specializing in the Chestnut Hill and Mount Airy communities.

Throughout his life, Rob has consistently turned his passions into tangible, successful endeavors as a musician, athlete and realtor, to name a few. Before real estate, he spent a decade touring the country as a musician, an experience he credits with forming his creativity, drive and collaborative mindset. As a soccer, baseball and basketball coach, he excelled in leadership and discipline. Meanwhile, a strong connection to meditation inspired Rob to co-create and teach a program on mindful entrepreneurship. In real estate, he seamlessly combines these talents for teamwork, dedication and patience to serve buyers and sellers at the highest level.

Home grown in Chestnut Hill and a resident of West Mount Airy, Rob loves the area’s strong sense of community and the incredibly beautiful Wissahickon Valley. In his free time, he enjoys meditating and traveling with his wife of 20 years and their three children. Rob is also an avid athlete, coach, supporter and a proud founder of the United Philly Soccer Club.
