She even arranged to have my buyer allow me to occupy my apt. after the closing, while I had my resurfaced my new apt. Throughout the entire process, I felt like Rotem had my best interest at heart, both in getting the most for my sale getting the lowest price for my purchase, even at the expense of lowering her own.
