"We currently live in California and are looking for a condo in Miami area for investment and future retirement. We searched online to find real estate agent in Miami area. We selected her based on the reviews. We contacted her through Trulia, and she responded quickly. We sent her a list of over 12 condos that we found on the websites and ask her to show us those condos when we visited Miami in March. She made arrangements for all of the condos except the ones that were already sold. She had to confirm and re-confirm many times with every listing agents, and made the appointments efficiently. She is very familiar with the Miami housing market, and very familiar with the condos buildings we were interested.
