A native of Queens, Sarah brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to her career in real estate. Having lived in New York City for over two decades, she draws on her creativity and passion for the city to help buyers and renters find their perfect home. With a strong background in sales, Sarah truly understands customer service. She spent three years as Operations Manager at the third largest Men’s Warehouse store and two years as a personal shopper at the flagship Saks Fifth Avenue. During her years in retail, Sarah learned the importance of building relationships with her clients through honesty and clear communication.

Sarah quickly found fulfillment in the world of real estate. She feels that there are few events more rewarding than helping someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life. Over the past four years, Sarah has not only built a successful real estate career of her own, but she has helped create one of the top real estate teams in the city.

34 North 7th Street, PH2C:

Thanks to the collaborative efforts of Eugene Litvak, 929 Media, and Interior Designer/Property Owner Marc Blackwell, The Litvak Team produced an emotional video that engaged buyers from near and far. As fate (or marketing efforts) would have it, they launched this video globally and ended up with an offer and signed contracts with an international buyer for a record price, and a record price per square foot for the building.



34 North 7th Street, 3K:

The Litvak Team showed 34 North 7th Street, 3K to a very lovely family purchasing for their son while filming this video. They closed just 10 days later for the full asking price of $1,250,000. The deal marks the most expensive one bedroom sale in the building to date.


TLT Annual Client Appreciation Party:

After a banner year, The Litvak Team hosted their Annual Client Appreciation Party in Williamsburg. Clients, colleagues, professional partners, family and friends came out for an evening of special presentations from Compass Leadership, gifts, food, drinks and dancing!
