Scotti is an Associate Broker and Principal of Sellers & Co., a top-producing real estate team. She served on the Board of Directors for the Dulles Area Association of Realtors (DAAR) and earned Top Producer Individual awards as well as a Top Producer Team awards from DAAR, as well as a Circle of Excellence awards (5 years running) "for achieving the highest level of professionalism in the industry through community service, education, industry involvement, and business accomplishments". How did Scotti get here? It's often the windy paths that lead us to our destination... Scotti is originally a Maryland girl, born and raised in a rural area of Howard County. After earning a BS in Education with a concentration in Psychology from The University of Maryland, College Park, Scotti taught English in grades 5th & 6th in Rockville, MD. Wanting to explore a different career path, Scotti began selling real estate on a family team in 2004. Her aunt had been a prominent Realtor in Northern VA for decades. Along with her mother and her uncle, Scotti joined the team (and eventually so did her sister and cousin too)! 

After 14 years on the family team, Scotti earned her Associate Broker's license and decided to go it on her own. With a love of educating and mentoring very much still beating in her heart, Scotti decided to start a team, and that's how Sellers & Co. originated. All these years later, Scotti may no longer be a school teacher, but she still loves working with people, coaching them through complex processes, and celebrating wins with them!

Eventually, everyone finds their place in the world. 

A perfect day off work for Scotti would be working out, reading a good book with toes in the sand on the beach, then meeting up with friends and family for a crab feast (hey, she's still a Maryland girl at heart!).
