Cheryl has lived and worked in Healdsburg for over 40 years. Originally from Boston, she fell in love with the beauty of Sonoma County and the quaintness of Healdsburg. It turned out to be a wonderful place to raise a family and to call home.
While her three children were in school, she worked at Healdsburg High School. Once her children were raised, she decided to become a realtor and started her career with Frank Howard Allen Realtors in Healdsburg. The company was then sold to Prudential California Realty. She worked for Prudential for the next six years and was a consistent Top Producer. It was a very exciting time in real estate. The dot-comers discovered Healdsburg -- as well as the rest of the country. For the next 10 years, she was the owner of Creative Property Services in Healdsburg and then Frank Howard Allen Realtors in Healdsburg. Her two daughters, Robin and Caroline, also joined the business, enabling them to not only work together but to co-list properties and to remodel projects. In 2013, after being in existence for 103 years, Frank Howard Allen was sold.
After much consideration, she sold her company, and Cheryl and her daughters moved to Compass in Healdsburg. The vision of Rick Laws, made it an easy decision. The partnership enabled them to enhance their knowledge and to have the marketing materials needed in a competitive market.
Real estate has given Cheryl the opportunity to use her organizational, negotiating, and people skills. Her goal is customer satisfaction and continuing relationships.
