About Christian
With over fifteen years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Christian has had the opportunity to work on transactions of all kinds. His background has allowed him to hone his negotiation, project management, and perhaps most importantly, his listening skills, as understanding a client’s needs and wants is paramount to a successful home search or sale.
Christian started his career in real estate working in project management at Pixar Animation Studios. There, he focused on the day-to-day operations of existing buildings as well as the development of new ones, by managing the permits, entitlement, and construction. Christian later earned his Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU, and subsequently worked in commercial leasing and consulting, counting as clients J. Crew, Barneys, Tiffany & Co., and others before transitioning to residential properties. In addition, he has undertaken the renovations of several residences, in the process learning how to spot potential in a home, the preparations that are necessary for construction, and the benefits that owners can expect from it.
Whether the task at hand is one that requires focus on the details of a transaction or the vision to capitalize on hidden opportunities, Christian’s know-how and dedication have always served his clients well.
When not indulging his passion for real estate, Christian enjoys travel, snowboarding, photography, cooking, and taking advantage of the city’s many offerings.
