As a native of the San Francisco bay area, I have lived in many of its diverse neighborhoods and communities including the Peninsula, South Bay and East Bay. I’ve settled in the Niles district of Fremont. I am active in the community, by volunteering as an art and music docent in the local elementary school, participating in the planning and design of our residential communities with concern for an aging population, and many other activities which help enrich the Niles community.
As part of a competitive sailboat racing team in the bay for over 10 years, I have extensive experience in teamwork, and with a winning attitude meet whatever goal I set, whether it be a 2,000 mile ocean race from Long Beach to Honolulu, or finding a home for you and your family. My communication and negotiating skills are what set me apart, which translates into success when buying or selling a home.
I enjoy creating relationships with my clients and being their trusted advisor; taking the stress out of buying and selling properties, leaving a trail of smooth transactions in my wake.
The Real Estate Market in the Bay Area is constantly evolving and I remain at the “foredeck” of the industry by committing myself to innovative marketing practices for my listings, and continued education for myself.

“Elizabeth Ellison is simply the best real estate agent in the Tri-Valley Area: her savvy advice helped us to sell our Livermore home over asking price in just five days! We met Liz at an Alain Pinel in Pleasanton and immediately felt drawn to her friendly positive attitude. When we decided to put an offer on a home and put our home on the market a few months later, she immediately came to mind as the person we wanted as our real estate agent. Thanks to Liz's expertise and excellent connections to professional contractors in the real estate industry, we were able to get our kitchen renovated and our market ready in less than a month. Her comparative analysis of other homes in the neighborhood helped us to price our home competitively in a "balanced" market. She even went door to door to invite neighbors to our Twilight Tour that she held prior to our first , giving our home even more exposure to interested buyers. Liz helped us smoothly navigate through the frenzy and emotional roller coaster of selling our old home and buying our new home, always keeping our best interests in mind and available for any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole process. We couldn't have done it without her guidance and high positive energy every step of the way; she even helped us move furniture to get the home ready for staging. We feel very blessed to have had her as our agent and for our friendship that grew throughout our home buying/selling experience; She truly is the best! With deep gratitude, Mary and Rod Beeve.”

My husband and I recently sold our Willow Glen home and couldn't be happier with the experience of working with Elizabeth Ellison! Elizabeth's number one priority is her clients. She was with us every step of the way, beyond expectations. She beautifully staged our home, conducted real estate caravan tours, and personally knocked on doors and passed out fliers inviting neighbors to a wine and cheese viewing the night before the first . She then hosted an extremely successful and had us under within seven days. Elizabeth didn't stop there! She continued to assist us through title company documentation, and all the required paperwork up to and including being present at the closing. We could not have been more impressed. My husband and I have sold several homes throughout our lifetimes and nothing can compare to the stress-free experience Elizabeth created for us. If you are looking for a realtor who will give 100% effort in the most professional manner, then Elizabeth Ellison is who you're looking for!
