Jaime is a sixth-generation Bay Area native with an extensive 20+ year career in real estate. She began her San Francisco real estate profession in 1999 and enjoyed success with several of the city`s top companies. Craving a change in 2010, during a South American vacation, she decided to seize a real estate opportunity and unexpectedly moved and opened a boutique real estate firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After a three year hiatus from the San Francisco real estate market, and with her Argentina business still going strong, she returned in early 2013 to San Francisco. In the past several years she was featured as a co-host on several shows for HGTV including "House Hunters International", "Bang for Your Buck" and "Live Here, Buy This"!
Focusing solely on the San Francisco Bay Area market Jaime implements her background both locally and internationally to assist clients in locating the perfect residence, investment, or development project. Over the years she has not only represented hundreds of clients all over California and internationally, but she has also bought, sold and rented her own properties.
Jaime’s real estate knowledge is fairly inherent having been raised in a "real estate family" she started working in the business with her father at a young age. She is very personable with a reputation of integrity, trustworthiness, and unrelenting dedication to her clients. She has a committed comprehension of market values, contract negotiation, and the transaction process. Most importantly, she understands that looking for a property can be a stressful process for any client and she works tirelessly to alleviate these stresses. Truly understanding her clients' needs is her utmost concern and her clients`will attest whole-heartedly to the insight she provides.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies with a minor in English from Chapman University. She is a licensed Realtor in the state of California, member of the National Association of Realtors and San Francisco Association of Realtors. In her spare time, she enjoys many outdoor activities - including golf - and is an avid sports fan and member of TPC Stonebrae Country Club located in the East Bay hills where she was raised. Additionally, she is very involved in the community and has consistently volunteered over the past 15 years for several philanthropic organizations; including chairing many fundraising committees, for the Bay Area Red Cross, SF Ballet`s Encore, SF Symphony`s Symphonix, and extensively for the Junior League of San Francisco. Her favorite day of the week though is the day she volunteers for "Back on Track", a non-profit tutoring program for under-privileged children. Since 2013, she has been has been tutoring the same elementary student once a week throughout the school year and it's a true joy for Jaime to see her grow in life and her studies!
