For his buyer clients, Maitri pays attention to what his clients’ goals are, advises them on which neighborhoods would meet them, finds opportunities both on and off market, and helps his clients write offers that don’t waste their money, but get them into escrow. He works with inspectors and lenders to keep the transaction moving quickly and efficiently, removing the stress and worry from the transaction. One of the things Maitri loves most about real estate is putting clients in their first home!
With clients who are selling their home, Maitri provides a full-service approach, advising his clients on everything from home improvements to staging. He provides high-quality professional photography & brochures, as well as a website for all listings and then negotiates fiercely to obtain the highest possible price. In other words, he takes care of everything for his sellers.
