Scott Sans is a fourth generation real estate professional who grew up in an entrepreneurial home and developed a knowledge for strategic deal making. He further honed his real estate skills as Head of Acquisitions for an exclusive residential developer in Malibu, California, where he acquired, renovated and re-sold luxury residences ranging from $6 to $35 million. Scott has enjoyed working with a sophisticated clientele who has high expectations for his ability to provide dynamism and innovation in order to meet their expectations for home ownership. Scott was a founding member of the Kurt Piper Group, one of the leading real estate groups in all of the Bay Area. Since the inception of KPG in 2012, Scott has facilitated over 100 transactions and has sold over $80 million in homes.
Scott grew up in Lafayette and Orinda, playing tennis daily at Moraga Country Club, and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he played on the Division I tennis team. His competitive edge ensures that his clients will always have their best interest represented. Scott now resides in Alamo with his wife Gina and his two sons Cole and Carter.
