When buying or selling a home in San Francisco, it is not uncommon for the entire spectrum of human emotions to wash over you, often all at once. During my years as an agent, I have witnessed the tears of joy, fist pounding frustration, groans of disappointment and sighs of delight that all seem to be an integral part of doing a real estate deal in this city. In truth, whichever side of the transaction you are on, it can be both exhausting and exhilarating.
It is my great passion to champion your best interest in this process from start to finish. I specialize in strategic negotiation and have been known to get many a buyer under contract, despite previous unsuccessful attempts with other agents.
My client’s run the gamut from first time buyers to big time developers like Trumark Urban, professional athletes and C-level executives to families looking for more space. I truly enjoy the opportunity to work with each and every client I have the opportunity to serve. In many ways, being a realtor is not unlike training for and competing in a Triathlon. I bring the same dedication, commitment and vision to my work as an agent as I did to the 20+ events I competed in, including the Holy grail for triathletes, the Hawaii Iron Man.
If numbers mean something to you, I’m proud to share that I’m in the top 1% of the 4900+ realtors in San Francisco and I’ve represented over $500 million in sales. This simply translates to many years of boots-on-the-ground deal making and rock solid experience. I’m fortunate that most of my business comes from referrals and I have clients dating back to my early days in the business.
You will often find me running the breathtaking grounds of the Presidio or Golden Gate Park. I adore traveling to other parts of the world to quench my perpetually curious nature and gain perspective on my clients and business. Stepping outside of the City bubble always reminds me how lucky we are to live in this thriving and ever-changing global hot spot. I have had the good fortune to live in many SF neighborhoods. I now call Hayes Valley home where I live with my daughter who attends The Bay School, and a menagerie of animals.
Enough about me, let’s talk about you. Whether you want to buy or sell a home in San Francisco, you need an agent to source the property, negotiate and close the deal. I will do that for you with tenacity, poise and enthusiasm.
