Charismatic, fun, and intuitive, Shii Ann loves to help her clients find the object of their desire. Whether it is selling a downtown loft at the highest price possible or buying a Brooklyn townhouse that suits a budget, Shii Ann’s clients benefit from her expert market knowledge and sharp negotiating skills. This assertiveness and adaptability come as no surprise to those who remember Shii Ann as the first Asian-American reality star on CBS’s hit TV series, “Survivor: Thailand,” and “Survivor: All-Stars.” Before beginning her career in real estate, Shii Ann used her talents to outplay, outwit, and outlast her fellow contestants.
By combining a love of New York and New Yorkers, Shii Ann created a dream career in real estate. Born in Taiwan and raised in Arizona, Shii Ann graduated from the University of California at Berkeley before moving to Manhattan to begin her career in marketing and new media. After earning her Masters in Interactive Telecommunications from NYU's New Media Program (ITP), Shii Ann achieved success as an executive recruiter for the tech and financial markets before transitioning into real estate. Shii Ann is a longtime New York City resident who enjoyed life in various Manhattan neighborhoods and currently resides in a townhouse in beautiful brownstone Brooklyn with her family. She welcomes the chance to work with you.
