Silvia Zeng is a San Francisco Native and believes there is something for everyone in our City.

She has been mentored by Pete Brannigan, one of San Francisco's most respected and reputable agents, over the last 4 years. Having been heavily involved in every aspect of The Brannigan Team's sales and operations to help clients achieve a successful sale, she is now The Brannigan Team's lead agent, continuing to provide their clients with the same top-notch service and advice that they have become accustomed to all these years.

Her father runs a successful construction business in San Francisco. From a young age, she helped her father in the office which exposed her to all aspects of real estate, accumulating knowledge about design and construction, the permitting process and building codes, and how to evaluate potential in properties. She has also built strong relationships with vetted and reliable service professionals including plumbers, electricians, handymen, roofers, and home good vendors. She understands the unique challenges that a homeowner in San Francisco faces and has the experiences and connections needed to help overcome those hurdles.
